Howard is a two-time world champion both individually and in teams with 3 other top ten placings including world team bronze in the Czech Republic and 4th & 10th individual placings in Slovenia & Slovakia.
For the last 22 years he has been the full-time fly rod designer for the world-famous brands Hardy and Greys, England World Team Captain, and Manager for the past 6 years and a published writer both at home and abroad. Howard is also a signature fly designer for Fulling mill with numerous successful patterns for both river and stillwater, including the highly effective “drop back bung indicator” for stillwater fishing.
