The Banquet is Reserved Seating Only.
NEW THIS YEAR. We are separating out the banquet dinner tickets from our raffle ticket packages this year. Doing this allows us to do online seating reservations making our lives easier. What this means for you is you will need to have your plan figured out for who you want to sit with as when you purchase your tickets you will be picking your seats. You won’t be able to reserve seats those who have not purchased their tickets. It will probably work best if one person from each group wanting to sit together purchases all the groups tickets and picks the seats
You WILL be required to present your banquet ticket to gain entrance into the Banquet. DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR BANQUET TICKET WITH YOU TO THE BANQUET.
Please note: Because we must guarantee the number of banquet attendees, we cannot refund the cost of banquet tickets after February 1, 2025.
Your banquet ticket number is your identification number to be used on all raffle tickets and for any silent and live auction bids. Please write that number on the back of all raffle tickets. Adding your name and telephone number is optional. Please print clearly for ease of reading.
